Relax wheel lug nuts Jack the vehicle and support it safely on jackstands. Put off the wheels Remove the brake hose banjo bolt and separate the hose join the caliper. Keep contaminants out by covering hose with plug. Remove caliper mounting bolts / guide-pins. Remove the caliper out of the bracket. On rear calipers, remove the bracket by which the caliper is mounted. Replace the brake pads Unbolt the brake line at the caliper with a flare nut wrench. Look at all openings and seal them up to reduce the loss of brake fluid. Remove the two caliper mounting bolts and caliper. Install the caliper in the opposite manner of removal preparations Fasten caliper mounting bolts to a torque. Install new sealing washers a one each side of the brake hose fitting. Then screw-in the banjo bolt up the torque. Cut and press some way to connect the brake line to the caliper using a flare nut wrench and assemble it tightly. Bleed the brakes system Install the rims and the lug nuts. Drop the vehicle and tighten the lug nuts at the torque. Make a close inspection of the brakes before bringing the vehicle to ordinary use.
